There is an old Chinese proverb that goes: “If you want to be happy for a week take a vacation; if you want to be happy for a year get married; if you want to be happy for the rest of your life find useful work.” It seems like I have practiced law all my life and I enjoy it. It is a truly rewarding profession when you can resolve problems or successfully pursue or defend your client’s position in litigation. When I am not practicing law I enjoy hiking and training my dog “Blue” for agility trials. But, the most important part of my spare time is spent with my family, especially my four grandchildren who live in Tucson.
